Are all the prams you sell preloved?

YES. The prams we sell are preloved or ex-display models.

 

Can I view a pram before purchasing?

Yes, please contact us for more information.

 

How long does delivery take?

We will dispatch your travel system within 3 working days of the purchase date and after dispatch you will receive an email from Parcel Force/DPD with tracking details of your new purchase. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns so please ensure you are happy with all the images you see advertised. We are very honest with our imaging and if you require a walk round videos before purchasing please contact us. 

Do you offer warranty?

We do not offer warranty nor manufactures warranty, all of our stock is thoroughly safety checked before sale, for more information please contact us.

Do you check the car seats?

All of our car seats are preloved, however we can’t guarantee whether a car seat has been involved in a car accident, so we do ask the previous owners history of the car seat and strip all fabrics from the seat and visually inspect to see if the seat is in tact. We take no responsibility for anything that may occur after purchase however we do our own safety checks by installing the car seat and ISOFIX base to ensure they work as they should. We would recommend buying a new car seat if you are unsure about the safety of a preloved car seat.
